Camila Novais is the coordinator of PRISME VI !

A change in the team! Camila Novais is the new coordinator of PRISME VI for the 2026 edition of the program!

A journalist with over 20 years of experience, Camila made a deliberate shift toward auteur documentary filmmaking in 2019. Based in Montreal, she brings a curious perspective to the world and draws on her Brazilian roots to tell human, sensitive, and socially engaged stories. In 2025, her first professional short film, Ruptura, was, among others, presented at the Vancouver Latin American Film Festival. After two years coordinating the Coalition M·É·D·I·A·, she joined the Forum RIDM team and has recently begun her journey with P·R·I·S·M·E at Main Film.
