Workshop - Fiction - Winter 2026

Monday February 23, 2026
6 pm - 9 pm

Main Film Atelier
2025 Rue Parthenais #304-A, Montréal, Quebec, H2K 3T2

With Jonathan Beaulieu-Cyr (Phénix, Mad Dog Labine)

Member 60$ | Non-member 90$

There are no specific conventions governing the making of a docufiction film, so how do you navigate the process? What are the challenges involved in the scriptwriting, filming, and editing stages? This workshop will help you ask the right questions so you can embark on the adventure of making a hybrid film. The lessons will be based on concrete examples from Jonathan Beaulieu-Cyr’s films.

The workshop will be given in French but questions may be asked in English.
